When I log on to my Transact account once per month to keep from paying duplicate exchange fees I am still getting connection error with the Transact websocket. I am using Sierra Chart package 5 (version 1983) directly from Sierra. Do I have to download a earlier version such as 1941 to make this connection with Transact. Thanks |
