Your response made me look at the message log and I found out there was an error regarding a missing study file. I deleted the study collection file because I don't use it anymore and didn't realize that it was the default study that is loaded with new charts. I changed the default study collection and the message log is no longer popping out when I load a new chart. Thanks for your response.
