It looks like there was a change made to the Symbol settings for that symbol that is setting the Real Time Price Multiplier incorrectly. Go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 and set the Real-Time Price Multiplier to 1. Refer to the following documentation for this setting: Chart Settings: Real-Time Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) We will get the symbol settings resolved shortly.
