What is happening in the example is that you have two targets, the first at 10 ticks and the second at 20 ticks. The first Target is OCO Group 1, and the second is OCO Group 2. Therefore, when the first target is touched, the Stop's move to Breakeven is triggered, since it is set to do so on OCO Group 1 Triggered.
