Point 7 helped, but: 1.) data will only be downloaded when I disconnect the contact 2.) When I restart SC I have to repeat point 7 always 3) SC often crashes after point 7 4.) Not all data are loaded, see the screenshot attached 5.) It took me 2 hours today to load SC 2 instance without any errors, it is completely crazy
