This is not a data feed that we normally provide technical support for. Any help with this would be a chargeable at rate of 65USD per hour. But our time is quite limited. We really do not want to get involved in this. So we have to decline this. Longer term we will look at supporting Dukascopy in a centralized way and not direct end-user connections.
