Hey,
My broker is TransAct. I just finished talking to them, and my problem isn't "denali".
I have through my broker access to CME group and market depth real time data.
my problem is that sierra charts won't login to my transact account.
I get repeatedly this message :
"TransAct WS | Account logon error: -1(-1) | 2019-08-06 18:10:33.505"
I have talked to TransAct through skype, and they confirmed I gave the right account name,password,and account number.


I hope you can help figure this situation out. currently my problem is connecting between the 2 software's.
the TransAct account is connected to the data and everything is ok with it.
