The chartbooks are sent. you may receive a notification about the incoming files: TicinoTrader-Advanced-TT-Footprint.cht Crude-Footprint-v1928.Cht They will be automatically placed into your SierraChart\Data folder and you can open it using File -> Open Chartbook.
