Since the last update, when I enter my chart start times and commission settings into chart settings global settings, it won't apply when I hit "apply global settings". The times always go to a default of start time: 00:00:00 and end time 23:59. Commissions are staying at zero and won't add in the commissions I enter. I've tried going back to an older version (1941), but the problem remains. Any suggestions?
