There is some issue with the Internet connectivity between your location and the Singapore server you are connecting to.

Try using the Germany server which is going to be Server 3 . So you need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Primary Server to Server 3.

And then try connecting to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed.
