Certain types of data are available as Real-Time without the need to pay for the Real-Time data. This is all documented here: Real-Time Data: What Real-Time Data is Directly Included with the Service Packages Note that this does not include the ES futures, or any of the CME exchanges. In order to get Real-Time data at the lower (Non-Professional) rate, you would have to have a funded trading account and connect to it.
