You activated the Real-Time Connection, but you have not completed the necessary Agreements or selected the exchanges you want to receive Real-Time data for. Go to the following to sign the agreements: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures&UserID=179770#Agreements And then right below that is the list of Exchanges with the option to Activate the ones you want.
