Are you able to connect now? If the data feed sometimes stops, then you should uncheck Use Mode 1 on the TransActBridge program that you can access through the system tray on your Windows taskbar.

After this reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
