There is no support to automatically disable an alert once a condition has been met. The only option is to manually go to where the alert has been created and uncheck the option for Enabled. We have been thinking about a way to do what you are requesting, but have not found a reasonable answer yet. If we do get this into a release soon, we will update you through this thread.
