I have been having issues with my internet connection. All of my trades are closed with my data provider, Rithmic. But SC is still showing one as open and I can't figure out how to clear it even though I have hit flatten and cancel many times. SC responds that I don't have anything open but continues to calculate P&L for me as though I have a trade open. I can't find anything regarding this on the support board. I am probably not looking in the right place. Thank you
