We are checking on why the Recurring Services page is having a problem. We get the same error when we try to access the information for your account.

In the meantime, you can either go directly to the Exchange Data Page and activate the service and exchanges there manually, or you can let us know, in this thread, what service level (number of symbols) and exchanges you need, and we can take care of it for you.
