We recommend using port 80 for historical Intraday data. This is explained at the bottom of this page here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails41.html However, based upon your logs there is evidence this will not work because it is not true HTTP data going over port 80 and this could be why when using port 80 for FXCM it is not connecting. Historical Daily data will work fine because it is true HTTP data going over port 80. There is not anything we can do to help you if you are on a restrictive network.
