obviously I have a connection problems, but do you have different download mechanism for historical data and intraday? Actually, I can't understand why historical data was downloaded successfully and intraday data download had connectivity problems. It means, somehow historical data download bypasses connectivity problems... Also, I noticed when desktop pc and laptop using same DSL connection and same router, but laptop has connection problem.
