Hi,

Following the instructions "If you want to receive real-time futures data and if you are still confused about the information on this page, and if you have a funded futures trading account with a futures broker / trading service, then start an Account Support Ticket to contact Sierra Chart support. Let us know who that broker is and that you want to access real-time futures data."

My futures broker is NinjaTrader with clearing house Phillip Capital. My account is funded. NinjaTrader has setup my second login account with CQG for live data. Everything appears to be setup properly, however I am not receiving real-time data on Sierra Charts. I purchased Service package 5 Advanced today as well, still no live data.

I do have connection through CQG API as my DATE/TRADE SETTINGS with my live acct name and password. I do have historical data showing, but not real-time live data.

Please help with instructions.
