hi i see you disabled my feed when i was only trying to understand how to do that if needed i think ive reconnected the same package but it took all my credit and renewal was not yet due the help is not at all clear and i may be paying for packages that i dont use can i get you to check my account please it is possible to have any telephone help to help me undertand what i should be doing please
