I have an intermittent issue on a sub instance where sometimes on start up width of all buttons in a Control Bar is increased to that of the widest. Closing that instance and re-opening clears the issue. "Use Same size for Control Bar Buttons" is unchecked and Control bar is not floating. Maybe unrelated to this thread but brought it to your attention in case it helps with the troubleshooting. Will post a screen shot next time issue occurs. Running v 1932 but also occurred on a previous version.
