Thank you for the replay. It works now. However, I have another question in regards to the DOM. I am trading the futures index ES?## on the same data feed mentioned above. When using the DOM I can see the traded bid/ask volume accumulate but the "buy" and "sell" columns only show 1 contract on both sides. How can I see the cumulative resting bid and ask limited orders? Is this possible with the demo account?
