How would this be possible when it does not have the focus? I should clarify, as I don't think it's actually a "scroll event." What I mean is that when I hover my mouse over the Trade DOM and scroll using the wheel, this also triggers the behavior explained above. In other words, I don't have to click the window to give it focus in order for the scroll wheel to scroll the DOM up and down. This is the normal behavior for all applications, for example, you have two browser windows open, and you can scroll both up and down without clicking either one.
