We are not going to respond to this other than to say that what you see is the true Dot style now and we plan to add another style which gives the prior appearance. It is not as though we are trying to solve this, we just have not yet gotten to adding another style.
And we also want to find out what detrimental performance impact all these years that particular style that you think was "dot" was actually having. Hello, I like you new addition to the line styles but I would not call it a Dot. It is more like a "small dash." It is more visually appealing than the regular Dash, but it is NOT a Dot. How can I access the old style "Dot" line in ACSIL? Sierra Chart only takes up 10% to 15% of my CPU. The performance is not an issue for me or most users. Please add a new selection to ACSIL. You have six selections for LineStyle in the user interface but only five selections in ACSIL. The new "Small Dash" is great and I plan to use it, but the Dot is very visually appealing as well.
