No DLLs are preloaded. Loading a DLL only happens when a study is being used. Really you just need to reduce the number of DLLs you are using. This is the obvious solution. This is just so point-blank obvious what the problem is. The operating system just can't handle all the DLLs you are using. So don't use so many. This is not a Sierra Chart problem at all.
