I have connection issues with SierraCharts on my virtual private Server (VPS). I have two accounts via AMP clearing. One is connected with my Home PC and I want to connect the second account with my second License I have with my Sierra Chart Package 5. The second account runs via VPS, but the Sierra Platform won’t connect with my Datafeed even with the correct settings in the Data/Trade Service Settings. Could you please help me with that problem?
