Post From: New draw style for transparent bar

Hello,

In my MACD study, I would like to do one of the following:

** PREFERRED ** (1) make the MACD Diff "bar" graph to be transparent -- but there is no "Transparent Bar" as a draw style

Or (2) plot the MACD Diff UNDER the MACD and MA of MACD lines.

I know that I can achieve the 2nd option by duplicating the study, and drawing only the MACD Diff bar graph first, and hiding the lines, and then in the duplicate study, only having the lines (and set the MACD Diff to be Hidden) -- but this creates two of the same study -- seeming to be using / wasting computer resources.

And I would prefer anyway to be able to set the Drawing Style to "Transparent Bar" -- so that it stays a bar, but has the transparent qualities like the other Transparent drawing styles (such as the Circle and others).

Is this at all possible, without resorting to the second option (which still doesn't make my graph transparent, even though the lines will draw over the top of it)?

I am new to SC, but have searched the board as much as I can, and the documentation (and a Google search) and can't find a suitable setting.

Thanks.
