Actually, Transact somehow disables the Sierra DOM. There is no menu item File >> Open the Trading DOM for Chart. I recall it used to be there, but you would get an error message when you tried it. If you can find a chart book that was saved with the Sierra DOM, then that may work. It did for me when I first switched from another broker to Transact.
