For the record, the reason you could not connect to the Sierra Chart data feed was because Global Settings>> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds was disabled.

We also tried submitting an order when using your own Sierra Chart direct account and it went through to AMPs server without any problem and was accepted.
