I tried today to connect through Sierra Chart to my CTS T4 account and did not succeed.
I read that they made a couple of changes and that you tried to fix the problem, but I still have trouble connecting.
Below you'll see the error message.
My login data didn't change in the last weeks and I just did not "click" on Fix connection...

can you help?
