I am trying to add option symbols to a quoteboard using the TD Amertrade data feed. I have tried using IBM DEC 21 2013 180 CALL, which is the options format used on their website. I have also tried IBM_122113C180, which is the format described in their API documentation. Neither format returns data. Could you please let me know the proper format for options symbols for this data service.
