I have logged-in my Interactive Brokers account and change the service setting back to "SC Data - All Services [data]", in order to get the data feed discount for IB (eligible future broker) user.
The problem is we do not see a successful connection to the Interactive Brokers trader workstation. Follow through the step-by-step instructions here to get that successful connection to your live account:

You will then be able to receive the CME real-time data after changing back to SC Data-All Services.
