Hi, after signing up today and paying my monthly fee. I originally paid through DalPay Ltd which was declined. I then changed to paypal, in which the payment was made successfully. I have since looked at my bank statement and have been charged for both transactions even though the first stated it was unsuccessful. Could I be refunded on this first transaction please.
