Care to address issue please? It's causing me a lot of trouble and need to get to the bottom of it.
I am subscribed to SC real time data so SC shouldn't be pulling data from IB at all. However, the nature of the message I'm getting says that data is being pulled. What data SC brings to from IB to build historical and intraday charts? This is the message I got from IB support:

3. If yes, then how are you passing that data from the Sierra Charts application to TWS?
4. Are you using the data you are receiving in TWS for anything useful (Since you are trading primarily using Sierra Charts platform) ?

Ideally that voice message comes up for clients using IBKR data service when TWS fails to communicate with the data farms (similar to the trading connections). As per your description, this should not be the case with you.

Appreciatr guidance to get to the bottom of this.
