Is it possible to move the horizontal line chart-drawings using just a single left click (line dragging).

Mine works like this:

I have to select the line with the left mouse button, then i have to click the mouse button a again to begin moving the line.

I would prefer it to work like this:

I left-click and hold with the mouse pointer on the line and I can then move the line - when i release the mousebutton the line is released at the position of the cursor and this becomes its new position. The lines position should update while dragging.
