We are not seeing this. We see the full amount of market depth in the sub instance. Newer versions of Sierra Chart can control how many levels of market depth data are received from the server when using our own data feeds but this does not apply to sub instances. However, check this setting in the sub instance: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> SC Server Settings >> Max Depth Levels Set it to 0.
