My Question for AMP Support: "Hello, i looked at your linked data fees table and the only obvious entry connected to the $20 is Rithmic API+. So my understanding is this: if i switch to CQG i wont have the $20 fee. Or does the "Monthly Baseline > $20 per month minimum per user ID or 80 Contracts / 40 Round Turns traded per month" also apply to any other Front End Provider you work with?" The answer i got: "CQG and Rithmic are two separate data vendors. Rithmic fees do not apply to CQG users. CQG currently has not monthly minimum fees. Additionally, their Trade Route fee is 0.10/contract as opposed to Rithmic's 0.25/contract." So this is REALLY promising. One can have SC data feed for unfiltered high quality volume Tick data and sufficient Market Depth (full??? CME right now 200 levels afaik! and i hope they expand this as much as possible for as many symbols as they can). There will be a coming price adjustment for this data feed. But its announcement is not my job...but stay tuned, it will be a BIG! deal if put into comparison with todays price. On Top of that you can use the SC Orderrouting through TT which enables you to use all features of the coming journaling ability and current trading stats on a long time basis with 100% reliability. (I hope the journaling will get so good over time that it can maybe even replace any 3rd party solution...WOW!!!) And for now you get with AMP a broker who solely works on a LOW commission basis if you choose the CQG option. Rithmic is outstanding for its non-limited orderbook which you shouldnt really need when using the SC futures data feed...but time will tell. Costs CME futures trading in summery: -SC Package 5; $36/month @ maximum (bookmap alone costs $99 for just the heatmap) -SC data feed; to be announced -exchange fees; full CME is $16/month -AMPBroker/CQG feed commission per contract/side $0.10, no other costs -TT order routing commission per contract/side $0.10, no other costs And regarding the technical side, its all in SCs hands. I urge every1 to consider this offer. It should give the Devs much more time to develope this trading platform even further.
