Hi.
I am subscribed to SC real time data service, connected to IB Trading service. IB(TWS) keeps losing connection. It’s not internet connectivity dropout, as per modem logs. Someone suggested that IB has a download limit, but this shouldn’t be the issue as I’m not bringing data from IB to SC, right? Although there is some mixing of IB and SC data in how SC builds historical charts. Could this be a reason? Are you aware of this problem? Any suggestions to get around it?
I know this is to do with IB, but trying to weigh whether I can do anything at all on the SC side to help things... cheers
