Hello,

I've paid for 1 month of SierraChart. I have an open, funded account with IronBeam. Their Support staff has indicated they've taken the appropriate steps to integrate my SierraChart with their back end (CQG FIX). I've also enabled both CME and CBOT real time data through IronBeam.

Yet, we are having trouble connecting SierraChart to the live account.

How can we solve for this?
