I think I may have accounted for my troubles. I un-checked the "Use Attached Orders" box. How the box got checked in the first place is unknown to me but that seems to have resolved the issue. If you have any thoughts on the matter beyond that fix (and beyond any disparaging comments about my person, e.g., You're an idiot:-), send them along. Thanks.
