Backtest with ACSIL strategy. Strategy exits via sc.FlattenAndCancelAllOrders(). Position marker disappears from the chart, but stop and target orders are not cancelled. Exit execution also does not appear in "Trade Activity" tab.

Also cannot delete trade activity entries via Edit -> Delete Trade Activity Entry.
