I have been using the Automated File Distribution process for some time with no issues. I recently came upon a client who is not getting the files. I have double-checked the Sierra Account Name, the SCDLLName, the source code, and the Custom Studies Access Control Panel. I find nothing wrong on any of those settings. I have also tested the downloads with my own account name without a problem. Is there a setting in the application that he could have possibly changed to prevent the downloads? |
