It has been maybe nine months that I have been having constant data interruptions, that is until today. My W7 machine was updated by MS at least twice in last two days, and today is the first day I have had NO data issues. After seeing a 2014 support thread on this issue with a W 10053 error code, it occurred to me that this may have been a W7 problem. I was all set to upgrade to W10, but may not do so if the fix is permanent. Here is a question for users who have had similar issues: is it happening with your W10 also?
