Hi, I hope this additional information can help you with my issue that I highlighted in an earlier email, below? I am trying to sync a pre-existing 'TransactAT' Sierra chart with 'cqg/ironbeam'. Now I am signed on with Cannon Futures to trade through Ironbeam using a CQG data Feed. Do I need to remove the TransactAT file on my computer, or can I continue using the Sierra program files therein? If so, is there any way to save and re-apply my chart setting to the new version of Sierra? In my TransactAT free Sierra Chart trial, I created my own set of charts called "DrewsCustom.cht". I am hoping I can retrieve this configuration? I have tried to download sierra anew from the sierra website but receive an error message -- failed to create folder -- as follows: Any help on this matter is appreciated.
