We have put together a Study Collection that does this. It is just 2 different Color Bar on Alert Condition studies, one to test for the Non-Zero Bid and Ask at the High and another to test for the Non-Zero Bid and Ask at the Low. You do not need the Numbers Bars study to make this work, just apply the study collection to your standard bar chart.
