Successfully loaded SC for first time yesterday (Sunday evening) on trail and am using all SC data feeds. I have loaded a Pnf chart and it lags real time by about half an hour. Last bar now is 9:16 AM and real time is 9:48 AM. I think I'm connected - "Con" in tool bar is grey. I seem to have data up till 9:16 and I opened the SC an hour earlier. I have reviewed my settings several times in Chart>>Chart Settings, and Global Settings>> Data/Trade Service settings. See screen shots. The DOM is stagnant and Candlestick graph also seems stagnant. I have paddled around the documentation for some time and making no progress with this issue. Any suggestions? |
