This new member, who has just installed the Greenchart program onto his computer for the first time. When he opens the program and attempts to open a chart book, he gets the message that says 'Loading historical data' but it does not move past that. He has left the program open for a couple of hours in hopes that it just needed time to load, still no change. we have uninstalled and re downloaded the program, still same issue. He has no antivirus software on his computer. Here is a screenshot of his computer about information. Is there any reason that you can tell me as to why he is unable to load any data in his greencharts? Sierra Chart Support |
