We do not see anything like this at all when selecting chart #2 using the chart tabs within the main window: the chart flashes and takes some times to display when you select the tab of that chart.
Removing the scrollbar is completely unnecessary. That is beside the point. That is a standard component of the window that is not going to cause a problem at all. At least from our perspective and experience. Our recommendation is to try another computer and you will see you will not have this issue. This must be a system specific issue. We also recommend disabling all of the System Properties >> Performance >> Visual Effects in the operating system. Another thing to check is to make sure you have not enabled the option to Auto Hide Charts Title Bar and Scrollbar in Global Settings >> General Settings.
