re: "documentation out of date", 1) has this been updated yet (6 months later)? The reason I ask is because "Output Volume At Price Data" is not working the way the documentation describes. Per the documentation, row 2 is supposed to be populated with the price level. I am using the latest version of SC (1875) and nothing is populated into row 2.
