We had a look at this. Definitely the Flatten and Cancel cell must have been true momentarily when the Chartbook was opened and the calculation was done. This really is not relevant to the issue at all: Trading message from IB: Order Event Warning:Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading Hours' is ignored based on the order type and destination.
